Britton Adventures is a boutique tour company run by us (Mike Britton and Angela Bruce). Tours are run overseas and in New Zealand personally guided by us with the assistance of local guides. Launched in 1992 from a holiday in Bali with friends, we saw an opportunity to turn a passion into a full time business. We specialise in the personal touches, we're not your mum but we do think of the little things. It's your adventure and we endeavour to ensure it is authentic.

Motorcycles are are main mode of transport, however for those preferring not to ride we offer the option to travel in the support vehicle. Recent additions include 4WD options (Bolivia, Mongolia and Vietnam) and Jeeps (Vietnam).

We at Britton Adventures are certified by New Zealand Work Place Safety and have passed stringent New Zealand accreditation standards. These same safety principals are applied to all tours, both within New Zealand and overseas.

Both Mike and Angela have first aid training and carry a comprehensive medical kit at all times.  We have developed relationships with Medivac providers within all countries tours are based in and have extensive knowledge of the local systems and procedures to get the best prompt medical assistance. We ensure appropriate communication devices (Satellite phones & GPS) are on every tour.
